Woodheads is part of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) and is approved to hold tenants bonds via the Dispute Resolution Service. Energy Performance Certificates are held for all our managed properties. Only approved contractors are used for maintenance and repairs, and as we are RICS regulated, all monies are held in a designated Clients Account to prevent any misappropriation.
